Are you feeling overcome by relationships, health issues, or work? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with the daily demands of life and not sure where to turn. Each of us has primary needs to feel safe, secure, protected, loved, and connected. These innate needs follow us throughout life and have a significant impact on our ability to experience life to the fullest. When our fundamental needs are not being met, we can experience significant negative emotions & stress. There's help. Sometimes in our journey, it is helpful to have someone come alongside us to help us navigate our struggles.

I seek to customize my approach based on each family, couple, and individual. I seek to create a trusting environment for my clients to feel heard and cared for by being compassionate, nurturing, and showing them unconditional support to express their feelings, thoughts, and life experiences in a safe space. I have special training in Prepare & Enrich, Emotional Focused couples therapy and sexual addictions treatment.

I am passionate about walking with clients as they uncover and connect the missing pieces and arrange those pieces in such a way that healing happens and options that were unknown become the steps to take into a life that feels calmer, hopeful, connected, and present.

Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable.
