Do you need a safe space to process what's on your heart and mind? Sometimes we can feel out of balance when we try to navigate our inner dialogue with complex emotions. We can feel weighed down and unsure of where to start, which can affect our relationship with ourselves and others.

My goal is to provide a safe space where you can begin working through your story. I'll work with you from a place of authenticity, curiosity, and care. There is no judgement here; only a desire to meet you where you are today and help you get to where you want to go.

I've been trained in various therapeutic modalities and know not one approach works for everyone. Therefore, I enjoy working with multiple tools to help explore your story, make meaningful connections, and restore your overall well-being.
